He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullen Mayes Isaacks and Zella Naomi Webb Isaacks; his brother Orvial Gene Isaacks; and his stepson Robert Andrew Moore. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Neely Issacks; his children, Karen Jeanette Isaacks of Tomball, Brenda Kay Isaacks of Tomball and Kenneth Doyle Isaacks of Pineland; his stepson Thomas Ray Moore, Jr. of Woodville; and his sister Linda Dean of Cleveland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
