He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Brian Carter Kirkpatrick (Emily) and Matthew Brady Kirkpatrick (Brittany); his grandchildren, Ethan and Jameson; his siblings, Joan Barrett and Jim Kirkpatrick (Anne); and his nephew Steve.
