It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Charles Bumpers Jr. (Highlands, Texas), who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabell Bumpers and Robert Bumpers; and his wife Judy. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Francis (Ben), James Bumpers (Brandy), Missy Bumpers Sampson, Bobby Bumpers (Dana) and Allen Nash; his siblings, Susie Duncan (Bobby), Cindy Hendricks (Donnie) and J. D. Long; and his grandchildren, Ragan, Jennifer, Kassidee, Josh, Tyler, Jeremy, Ali and Kaylee. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
