She is survived by: her parents, Debbie VanWagner Hayes and Cecil Franklin Hayes Jr.; her children, Valerie Rose Gilmete, Kristin Alexandria Persad, Adam Nicholas Persad and Ava Alyse Persad; her sister Amy Leos; her nephews, Jake Leos and Alex Pace; and her grandmother Winifred VanWagner. She is also survived by many numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
