He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Lewis Johnston; his wife Michelle Williamson Johnston; his daughters, Jennifer Carter, Haley Johnston and Adrianne Stevens (William); his brothers, Karl Johnston (Penny) and Kurt Johnston (Tammie); his grandchildren, Kurstyn Clarke, Taylar Carter, Tanner Carter, Daniel Barras, William Stevens, Bailey Stevens, Kyle Stevens and Justin Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Mateo Delossantos, Johnathan Lacroix, Avery Coker and Cameron Coker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
