He was predeceased by: his mother Inez Cowley; and his sister Kathy Killen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cowley; his daughters, Kim Davis (Doug) and Michelle Cowley Wilhite (Greg); his grandchildren, Jessica Norris (Chris), Colton Brantley, Trey Davis, Spencer Ware and Hunter Davis; his great grandchildren, Westen Norris and Emersen Norris; and his brother Bubba Cowley.
