He is survived by: his mother Shelia Gann Toledo; his son Kai Alberto Toledo; his fiancé Patilynn Shipley; his father Alberto Toledo; his sister Amber Toledo; his grandmother Shirley Kindley; and his aunts and uncles, Wesley Gann, Mike Gann, Kathy Petree, Judy Cook and Anna Cano. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
