He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Lou Bulliss; and his parent Ruby Nugent. He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Sue Matheson (Spencer Laney) and Kari Oliver (Ryan); his grandchildren, Davin O'Bier (Tina), Summer Erickson (Jeff), Blake Matheson (Michelle), Rebecca Schober Jr. (Bruce), Melissa Sue Soule (Judson), Dustin Summers, Shane (Alexandra), Dillion Oliver and McKenzie Oliver; and his son Richard Blanchard. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
