It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Gennever Silliman of Highlands, Texas, born in Saratoga, Texas, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner John Harmon and Rosa Lee Harmon; her husband Leon Jackson Silliman; her sisters, Josephine "Doll" Thibodeaux, Sisley Ferguson and Elizabeth Wilkes; and her daughter Brenda K. Shelton.

She is survived by: her son Ronald Silliman (Carol); her granddaughters, Leslie Shelton and Laura Case (Jason); her great grandchild Kaylan Shelton; and her nieces and nephews, Sandra Thibodeaux, Betty Jane Lostak, Geneva Ann Steptock, Barbra Hardin, Ryal Harmon, Malcom Thibodeaux, Wayne Thibodeaux, Chester Ferguson and Myron Ferguson.
