He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Jurena Matula. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; and his children, Phyllis Rose, Myron Matula and Chris Matula. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, four great grandchildren (one due any day) and many nieces and nephews.
