He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Lavine Selma Christen; and his brother Dennis Michael Edward Collins. He is survived by: his cousins, Mary Whitaker, Darlene Beal, Robert Whitaker, Michael Whitaker, Charles Whitaker and Crystal Whitaker.
