He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rader; his grandchildren, Braicen Michael Quartz, Ashton Lewis Dore and Asher David Dore; and his siblings, Edwon Lee Smith, Berry Lynn Smith, Johnny Ray Smith, Elizabeth Diane Gorbett, Diona Yvonne Smith and Shauna Michelle Smith. He is also survived by his family and friends.
