It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis C Norris of Highlands, Texas, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison Ceal and Annie Mae Norris; and his wife Betty. He is survived by: his children, Steve, Mike, Greg and Chris Norris; his daughters-in-law, Janet and Patty Norris; his grandchildren, Melissa, Ryan, Katelyn, Travis, Montana, Chris, Jennifer, Jessica, Justin, Jason, Josh and Jacy; his sister Rosa Mae Gallik; and his nieces and nephews, Peggy, Lori, Patty, Judy, Eddie, Ronnie, Rick and Mark. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
