He is survived by: his wife Joan Myzell; his children, Susan Haskin (Emmitt) and John Myzell; his stepson Russell Wilder; his grandchildren, Whitney Sinquefield (David) and Hunter Haskin; and his great grandchildren, Emma Sinquefield and Jaxson Sinquefield. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
