He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shannon Clements; his daughter Samantha Kimmey (Nicholas); his granddaughters, Penelope and Rosalyn Kimmey; his siblings, James Clements (Barbara), Sandra Bynum (Delbert), Allen Clements and R. D. Phillip (Norma); and his nieces and nephews, Chris Clements, Darrin Bynum, Matthew Clements, Daniel Clements, Wendy Hoppins, Charity Vajdak and Alicia Clements. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
