She is survived by: her sons, Thurmon "Joe" Ickes Jr. (Marsha), Jackie Ickes (Joan) and Jerry Ickes (Jeanene); her siblings, George Whitaker Jr. (Leatha) and Vera Lambert; and her grandchildren, John David Ickes (Annie), Scott Ickes (Kate), Christina Abaray (Steven), Jana Kirksey (Jonathan), Joey Ickes (Sierra) and Jack Kelly Ickes.
