It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie Rutzen (Highlands, Texas), who passed away on May 29, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie R. Stuard and Juanita Hanson Stuard; her husband Ronald Lee Rutzen; her brother-in-law Heman Ormsbee; and her niece Janice Ormsbee.
She is survived by: her siblings, Opal Ormsbee and Larry Stuard Sr.; her sister-in-law Billie Stuard; and her nieces and nephews, Pamela Ellis, Larry Stuard II, Troy Ormsbee, Tony Stuard and Melissa Mace. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
