He is survived by: his children, Jackson Parker Bialek and Annabelle Rose Bialek; his parents, Florence E. DeForest and William P. Bialek; his stepmother Wendy Bialek; his siblings, William Joseph Bialek and Tess Añia Marie Amri; and his stepsister Aleyna Moore.
