He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Stallard and Betty Stallard; and his sister Shirley Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his son Sam; his sister Lyn Mornington-West; his brother-in-law Paul Bennett; his nephews, Scott and Matthew Bennett; and his friends, England and S. John.
