Hayden (Kathy) of Fort Wayne, Tracey A. Hayden (Vanessa) of Fort Wayne, Michael W. Hayden of Fort Wayne, Anita R. Hayden of Fort Wayne and Janet Williams (Pastor Bernard) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 40 grandchildren; 77 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, other relatives and friends.
