He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenith Barbara Blume Guidry and Robert Lewis Guidry; his son Jasen Guidry; and his sisters, Georgia Maples and Barbara Standley.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Guidry of High Island; his sons, Arthur Guidry, Jr. (Rene) of Winnie and Michael Farrell (Mercedes) of High Island; his siblings, James Guidry of High Island, William Guidry of High Island and Evelyn McCagg of Port Bolivar; and his grandchildren, Trent Guidry, Kade Guidry, Jayden Guidry, Kanten Farrell and Kane Farrell.
