He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Betterman and Arthur Nelson; and his siblings, Stanley Nelson and Karen Noetzelman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his stepson Kevin Squires (Mandy); his stepgrandchildren, Hayden, Corbin and Jarrod Eason; his cousins, Billy Kuhne (Carolyn) and Carol Bruder (Anthony); his daughter Kim Shepherd (Tom); and also, Jerilyn, Alex, Dylan, Connor and Richard Eason.
