Bonner of Hico, Texas, born in Strawn, Texas, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father David Bailey Woods; her husbands, James L. Wiley and Frank Bonner; and her brother Bailey "Bubba" Woods. She is survived by: her children, Judy Wiley, James Wiley and Kelly Wiley; and her siblings, Cevellia Roberts, Tim and Floyd Woods. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
