He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Heaven; his wife Kathy; his daughters, Courtney Gatewood and Llayne Padgett; his son-in-law Richard Gatewood; his grandchildren, Jake Gatewood, Shelby Gatewood, Lauren Padgett, Erin Padgett and Maddy Padgett; and his sister Nancy Hezlitt.
