He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Rightmer and Wyvonne Rightmer (Slaughter). He is survived by: his sister Jan Boulineau (Bruce); his nephews, Jason and Jarod Holt; and his uncle Bruce Slaughter. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
