He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Parks, Sr. and Lola Mae "Shine" Parks; and his siblings, Cecil Parks, Jr., Sharon Calaway, Joan Yankie, Laverne Bales and Bill Parks.
He is survived by: his nieces, Laura Ewing, Lisa Hardin (Sam) and Robin Cortez (Danny).
