He is survived by: his wife Bess Howard Bullard; and his children, Bobby Joe Bullard Jr., David Ray Bullard (Jo), Julie Maudine Bullard Branton (Ross), Darren Dewayne Bullard (Dina) and Melissa Ann Bullard Webb (Darren). He is also survived by extended family members and loving friends.
