He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. "Dugan" Ratliff and Virgie Ratliff (Matlock); his wife Shirely Ratliff; his grandson Bobby Caleb Graves; and his son-in-law Brad Graves.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Ratliff and Kay Graves; and his grandchildren, Lee Sims (Taylor), Josh Graves (Kylan) and Danielle Graves. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
