With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Charles Shearer of Hewitt, Texas, born in Crosbyton, Texas, who passed away on October 31, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Cora Shearer; his siblings, Rena Mae Tapley, Bobbie Cox and Curtis Ray Shearer; and his nephew Kirby Shearer.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet Rogers Shearer; his children, Steve Shearer (Teresa) and Stacie (Jeff Lathern); his niece Tinker (Darrell Garrett); his nephews, Charles Tapley (JoAnn) and Shelby Shearer; his grandchildren, Taylor (Chase Crenwelge), Samuel Shearer, Grant Lathern and Pearson Lathern; and his stepgranddaughter Hailey (Bradley Carrier).
