He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Cynthia Ann Taylor; his father Neil Barr; his wife Cindy Barr; his children, Jennifer Barr and Matthew Barr; his granddaughter Mikayla Hutson; his mother Carol Barr; his siblings, Jason Barr (Becky) and Tracy Phelps (Bill); and his stepbrother Paul Mathews. He was also cherished by four nieces, one nephew; three great-nieces.
