He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Sepulveda Garcia and Agustina Cadillo Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Eloisa Mendoza; and his children, Juanita Sepulveda, Kathy Basnett and Justo Sepulveda, Jr.. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
