He is survived by: his wife Pamela Green (Watson) of Hewitt, TX; his daughters, Sara Crozier (Tim) of Whitman, MA, Stacy Marshall (Joey) of Dycusburg, KY and Samantha Blanc (Gary) of Hewitt, TX.; his grandsons, Joshua Marshall, Ethan Blanc, Jonas Blanc and Joseph Marshall; and his sister Rhonda Kinnis (Wayne) of Salem, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
