He is survived by: his mother Nelda Mae Hutchison Mackey of Mexia; his wife Connie Mackey of Hewitt; his daughters, Leeanna DeGraff of Waco and Britnee; his son-in-law James Henson of Jasper; his sons, Richard Mazac (Tiffany Mackey) of Lorena and Johnnie Neil Mackey, III of Arkansas; his sister Suzanne; his brother-in-law Mike Wilson of Mexia; his grandchildren, Sapphire Sky DeGraff of Hewitt, Bob Henson of Jasper, Abby Henson of Jasper, David Henson of Jasper, Wyatt Mackey of Lorena, J. W. Mackey of Lorena and Tertius Mackey of Lorena; and his aunt Jean Shelby of Baytown.
