She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Joel and Doris Joel; her daughters, Angie White (Patrick) and Vikki Dzamba (Mike); her grandchildren, Brittney Linda (Matt) and Brandon Dzamba; and her siblings, Charlie Joel and Jeff Joel (Toni). She was also cherished by her extended family and many friends.
Social Distancing and wearing masks will be required.
