He is survived by: his children, Amber Vargo (Jassen) and Andrew Blackwell; his siblings, Irene Hinson, Floyd "Bud" Alton Blackwell, Dorthy Blackwell, Chois Blackwell (Joan), Pat Osburn, Artie Ann Mayfield (James), Dottie Elaine Gill and Ron Blackwell (Sue); and his grandchildren, Jordan Williams and Alexandra Williams. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and other family and friends.
