He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Meadows and Stella Meadows; and his brother Bobby Neal Meadows. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Kathryn Williams; his wife Gloria Meadows; his children, Jerry Meadows (Marsha) of Georgetown, Mike Meadows (Cyndi) of Robinson, Texas and Nancy Beegle (Lynn) of Spring, Texas; his stepdaughter Mary Coker (Duane) of Lott, Texas; and his sister Doris Lurie O'Connell of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
