He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Richard W. and Tootsie Dashner; and his sister Lt. Colonel Linda L. Dashner. He is survived by: his significant other Lydia Fuentes; his children, Richard Dashner (Minerva) and Denise Jackson (Bob Grant); his sister Janice Jockisch; and his cousins, LouAnn, Shirley and Mary. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to Christ Church Waco, or Community Healthcare of Texas Hospice.
