He is survived by: his son Christopher "CoCo" Allen Bunch (CoCo); his siblings, Natalie (Charles Smith Jr.) and Justin Lee (Kristina); his aunt Sue Garrett; his nephews, Trip Smith and Kain Lee; his niece CarLynn Smith (Kayla Bruce); his adoptive parents, Pattie, Russ Meier, Audrie Ondrej, Mandie and Corrie Meier; the mother of his child Ashley Ondrej; and his half-brother James Bunch. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins, friends and his beloved dog.
