She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Etta Wilbanks and A. J. Taylor; and her brother Bill Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Harvey H. Staas; her children, Steven D. Staas, Tracy L. Staas (Camila) and Janine E. Emanuel (Steve); and her brothers, Tom Taylor and Tony Taylor. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
