He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Alaniz and Elizabeth Vasques; and his brother Johnny Alaniz. He is survived by: his wife LaFonda Alaniz of Hermleigh, TX; his sons, Cody Alaniz, Michael Alaniz, Jake Alaniz, Jesse Alaniz and Jadon Alaniz; and his sister Violet Romo of Raymondsville, TX.
