We bid farewell to Vernon Doyel Hope of Hereford, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 19, 2025 at the age of 83. Vernon Doyel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Hope and Lillie Mae Hope; and his wife Linda Gay Lamb. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Shelton (Terry) and Steven Hope (Shea); his grandchildren, Jessica, Nathan Huseman, Tanner, Whitney Shelton, Amber, Steve Komorian, Teagan, Sydney Shelton and Taylor Hope; and his great grandchildren, Sonen, Wesley, Cora, Clark and Trew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the West Park Cemetery (800 Bradley St, Hereford, TX 79045).
