He was predeceased by: his children, Diana Garcia and Domingo Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Santos; his children, Gloria Scheller (Doug) of Amarillo, Cora Peace of Amarillo, Virginia G. Rodriguez of Amarillo, Lilia Allen (Curtis) of Amarillo and Jaime Garcia (Lori) of Hereford; and his siblings, Teresa Hastings of Hereford, Eva Forbes of Kingsville, Enrique Garcia of Hereford and Primo Garcia of Hereford. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
