He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Hoelscher and Albertina Hoelscher (Smetana); his son Richard Hoelscher; his daughter-in-law Dorie "Dodie" Hoelscher; and his sister Julia Hoelscher.
He is survived by: his wife MaryDee Hoelscher of Hereford, Texas; his sons, Randy, Randal Hoelscher of Winters and Ted Hoelscher (Emma) of Hereford; his grandchildren, Roger Gonzales of San Antonio, Chris Hoelscher (Kirrie) of Amarillo, Alyssa Arias (Luis) of Lubbock and Emily Hoelscher of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his great grandchild Banning Hoelscher; and his sister Delphine Schwertner (Georgia) of St. Simons Island.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the St. Anthony's School Endowmnet Fund, 114 Sunset Dr., Hereford, Texas.
