She is survived by: her children, David Lynn Smalts (Brenda) of Hereford and Carol Beth Smalts (John) of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Jacob Summers (Ashley) of Amarillo, Megan Neuberger (Michael) of Amarillo and Lexi Mogavero; her great grandchildren, Ruby, Jade, Joshua Dale and Opal; her sister Norma Ragland (Sis) of Lockney; her pet Smoky; and her caregivers, Maggie Goff, Delma Mendez and Amanda Torres. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, a host of many friends.
