He is survived by: his wife Joann Noyes; his daughters, Cindy LaComb (Jimmy) of Hereford, Texas, Sabrina Lee (Charles) of Hereford, Texas and Kayla Liscano (Toby) of Hereford, Texas; his grandchildren, Shelby Lowrey (Dane), Nathan, Braden LaComb, Matthew Noyes, Hailey Lee, Brianna, Isabella and Cameron Liscano; and his siblings, Lonnie Noyes of Hereford, Dale Noyes of Brownwood and Anna Noyes of Hobbs, NM. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
