She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Frost and Artie Frost (Morrison); her husband Ted Higgins; her son Patrick Higgins; and her siblings, Jeneva Higgins, Joyce Henson, Edna Anders, Jeff Frost and James Frost.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Higgins (Deborah) of Amarillo and Daniel Higgins (Vicky) of Hereford, Texas; her grandchildren, Jeff Higgins (Hollie) of Argyle and Catherine Wieck (Ryan) of Umbarger, Texas; her great grandchildren, Campbell, Ellyse Higgins, Callie and Charleigh Bullard; and her sister-in-law Alberta Cantwell of Benson, Arizona..
