It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Flores of Hereford, Texas, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Jovita; and his grandson Elias Jeremiah Guzman. He is survived by: his wife Selma Flores; his children, Rachel Salinas (Gilbert III), Elias Guzman (Monica) of Hereford and Jorge Guzman (Jessica) of Hereford; his grandchildren, Celeste Marquez, Leslie Rojas, Jonathan Rojas, Elianna Marquez, Evan Salinas, Elijah Salinas, Aeidyn Salinas, Liam Salinas, Brendon Guzman, Eliah Guzman, Elijah Guzman, Nevaiah Guzman, Haylee Guzman and Brooke Guzman; his great grandchildren, Levi Rojas and Brenlynn Guzman; his father Carlos Flores Martinez of Slaton; his siblings, Carlos Flores (Lydia) of Mexico, Alicia Perez (Antonio) of California, Catalina Huerta (Juan) of South Carolina and Eva Garcia (Alfredo) of Mexico; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
