Riojas of Port Arthur, Oralia Riojas of Hereford and Joe Riojas, Jr.; his wife Sabrina of Hereford; his stepbrother Michael Riojas of Midland; his grandchildren, Jacob, Nikolas and Cruz; and also, Severiano Riojas of Hereford and Rene Ruiz of Hereford.
