He is survived by: his parents, Victor Garcia and Matiana Garcia (Arias); his wife Elena Garcia of Hereford; his children, Samantha Garcia (Blake Mangus) of Pampa and Angel Garcia of Hereford, Texas; his siblings, Rosa Sandoval of Brady, Victoria Galindo of Brady, Maria Garcia (George) of Brady, Gloria Ramirez (Larry) of Coleman, Lidia Garcia Del Toro (Juan) of Hereford, Augustine Garcia (Nelda) of Lubbock, Antonio Garcia of Brady, Ruben Garcia (Elizabeth) of Brady and Jose Victor Garcia (Sylvia) of Albuquerque; and his grandchildren, Jaden, Kaden, Haleigh Martinez and Natalie Mangus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
