She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jose "Joe" Luis Castaneda (Ann Marie) of Hereford, Patricia Garza (Michael) of Levelland and Connie Hernandez (Joe) of Hereford; her siblings, Maria Bonilla (Juan) of St. Paul, Minnesota, Natalia Vera (Gabino) of St. Paul, Minnesota, Elena Simonson (Todd) of St. Paul, Minnesota, Diane Foster of St. Paul, Minnesota, Mario Escobedo (Jolanda) of Lubbock, Texas, Xavier Escobedo of St. Paul, Minnesota, Daniel Escobedo of St. Paul, Minnesota and Erasmo Escobedo (Jeanne) of St. Paul, Minnesota.; her grandchildren, Niomi Oviedo of Hereford, Sessly Flores of Hereford, Jessica Arce of Hereford, Sergio Arce of Hereford, Louis Oviedo of Hereford, Erica Oviedo of Hereford, Nickolas Fuentes of Hereford, Andres Bermea Jr. of Hereford, Oriana Avila of Hereford, Ramon Hernandez III of Hereford, Florencia Aiyana Hernandez of Hereford and Benito Hernandez of Hereford; her husband Maurilio Rodriguez; her parents, Manuel Escobedo and Josefa Escobedo; and her siblings, Connie Escobedo, Gloria Gonzalez, Jose Juan Gonzalez and Federico Escobedo. She was also cherished by twenty-five great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
